Promotica provides access to a curated catalog of AI prompts and related content. Some features require a paid subscription. We may update or modify the Service at any time.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access prompts for your personal or business use subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Scrape or bulk-download prompts or metadata;
  • Use the Service to break laws, infringe IP rights, or transmit harmful content;

The Service, site design, brand, and all proprietary content are owned by Promotica or its licensors. All rights reserved.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and No Refunds

Paid plans bill in advance for the selected period. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions auto-renew. All fees are final and non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused features, or account termination, except where required by applicable law.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel anytime in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid term. After cancellation, premium features and licensed access may end.

8. User Content

If you submit content, you represent you have rights to it and grant Promotica a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote it as needed to operate the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., analytics, payment processors). Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use prompts at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promotica will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Promotica harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk to the Service or other users.
