- Identification of the material and location (URL(s)) on Promotica;
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with:
- Your contact information;
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
- Your consent to jurisdiction and acceptance of service of process;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
5. Misrepresentations
Knowingly submitting false claims is unlawful and may result in liability.
